 CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR - INSTRUMENT (CFII)

CFIIs are responsible for teaching pilots how to fly in instrument conditions as well as ensuring that instrument rated pilots maintain their proficiency. CFIIs can gain much experience and flight time necessary to advance on to the other professional pilot careers, like airline pilot jobs.


BIENNIAL FLIGHT REVIEW (BFR)

A BFR is a review required of every active holder of a U.S. pilot certificate at least every 24 calendar months. The duration of the Flight Review will depend on how well you have prepared, your knowledge and skill level.


INSTRUMENT PROFICIENCY CHECK (IPC)

IPC is a full review of knowledge and procedures needed to safely fly an aircraft on an instrument flight plan flown under actual or simulated conditions. An important benefit of the IPC is to ensure you are familiar with the latest navigation equipment and approach procedures.


TIME BUILDING PROGRAM

To achieve flight hours in order to attain certain licenses during your flight training, one must fly and gain experience. Our goal is for you to build your hours quickly and safely. Get quality flight hours in the ideal conditions in this beautiful scenery that Southern California can offer.


MOUNTAIN FLIGHT TRAINING

Safe and enjoyable flying in the mountains requires the right perspective, solid understanding of aircraft performance, the operating environment and most importantly, your abilities as a pilot. Recognized training for this type of flying is a must and you are encouraged to attend a mountain flying course that includes adequate mountain ground and flight training.
